Sunday Trivia - Idiom's
Do you know what an Idiom is?
I was sure my answer to that question was a resounding - Yep! Then, I read the definition - an expression whose meanings cannot be inferred from the meanings of the words that make it up.
Huh, what?
Okay to me an Idiom is a saying that makes little sense, has been used for generations, and no one knows it's origin.
So I thought it would be fun to see if you all can finish these Idiom’s. If I give you the beginning, can you supply the ending?
Have fun!!
